Team Valken’s David Bell brought home a first place victory after leading all fifteen laps of the GM Sportsman event last Saturday. It didn’t come easy, but this goes down as Bells first career win as a Team Valken dirt racer. Later, when talking about the race, Bell had this to say.

“I didn’t know what to expect, these guys were all professional racers and I knew that getting ahead of the pack wouldn’t be an easy thing to do.”

Not easy at all, but somehow Bell managed to outgun Doug Urbano at the drop of the green. “I pinned that sucker and the car just did the rest,” says Bell. Sounds simple enough, but Bell knew that winning this race was going to take more than just a great start. After leading for fifteen laps straight, Bell successfully managed to outmaneuver the race lapped traffic and bring home the first place victory for Team Valken!
