Just wanted to let you know how happy I am with the performance and durability of the new Valken wheels. If you go to Gary Silverman’s Video website and look at the highlights from Big Diamond Speedway on May 8, 2009, the first thing you will see is my car taking a hard hit in the left rear wheel. The tire didn’t go flat even though the wheel was severely bent, I drove away from the accident and restarted the heat race. I ran a few laps not knowing the total damage the car had sustained. The left rear spindle and axle were bent and all the spindle bolts were broken. My crew fixed the car just in time for the consi and in the rush to get on the track, the bent wheel was put back on the car. I started at the rear of the consi and even though I had a vibration from the bent wheel, it never leaded and I qualified. The next day I dismounted the wheel and it had two v-shaped dents two inches long by one inch deep. I took a piece of bar stock and beat the wheel straight. The wheel did not crack or deform and I am still using this wheel. These wheels are everything your company says and more. Valken wheels are the only wheels I will stock and recommend to my customers.
